Action Committee

What is an “Action Committee”?

An action committee is a group of people who’s sole purpose is to get something accomplished. Many organizations have a “Board of Directors”. We don’t have a “Board”. We don’t have people who sit in chairs around a table to endlessly discuss things that often have nothing to do with the development of either the players or the sport. We have an “Action Committee”. Dedicated volunteers who are out on the field and in the gym working directly with the kids. We are governed by volunteers who do have a vested interested in the development of the kids.
